About Me

I started in Real Estate in 1984 as a Listing Secretary for Cornish & Carey Realtor in Los Altos,

CA and eventually became the Office Manager. Later I worked again for Cornish & Carey in

their Relocation Division courting Corporate Executive Transfer business.

In the later 1980's, I worked for an Investment Company that specialized in 1031 Exchanges,

Limited Partnerships & Commercial Property Management.

In 1990 while working for McComas Properties in Half Moon Bay where we lived, I acted as the

Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Mr. McComas. The focus of this company was

the development of Spec. Homes in the Golf Course community of Ocean Colony and other high-end,

custom residential development. My responsibilities were general office management,

insurance administration & support for the CEO.

1990 is when I received my Real Estate License.

My husband and I moved to Vacaville in 1992 where I was employed by Century 21 Creekside as

their Transaction Coordinator. Later I moved to PROgressive Real Estate where I was the

Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager. I worked for all of the agents in those offices and

was “closing” 100-150 transactions per year.

My husband and I leased 80 acres in Portola Valley belonging to Stanford

University where we boarded horses and ran events. We rented horse property when we first

moved to Vacaville, and later purchase our own small “Ranchette” in Winters in 1994. All of

this experience has given me expertise when it comes to country living.

In 1997, I moved from my Administrative position to a Sales position and have been in Real

Estate Sales ever since. Though I specialize in Country Property, I enjoy all aspects of

Residential Sales and have been fortunate to build up a broad client base.

Today, my business mainly comes from referrals and repeat clients.
