Spring Branch East is a fairly good neighborhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This part of Houston is reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor - although there are still several noisier areas, especially near the railway line, Northwest Freeway or W Loop Freeway.
