Suffolk is reasonably quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic - although there are still several noisier areas, especially near one of the 4 airports (Umphlett Airstrip,Grasso Salvage,Brandywyne Farms,Suffolk Executive), one of the railway lines, I-664 or Western Freeway.
